The Project Engineer will assist with value engineering, maintain project record documents, including as-built and shop drawings, RFI, COP, submittals, and logs, assist with quality assurance, and will assure that project closeout and archival procedures are followed for all projects. Our ideal candidate has over 4 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Must be proficient working with MS Office Suite, including Project, CAD reader, Procore, and Dropbox.

We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our fast-growing excavation team assisting with residential, multifamily, and land development projects. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery for construction, demolition, and excavation projects while working on a team in an open excavation setting. We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our fast-growing multifamily construction team. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for assisting with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Their duties include data entry in Quickbooks, reconciling bank records, reviewing vendor statements and invoices, report generation, and non-specialized tasks. This position will also provide backup support for the receptionist including answering phones, greeting guests, and file maintenance. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, prior exposure in a construction environment, and a degree in administration, accounting, or a related field. Must have experience working with MS Office Suite, Quickbooks, and Dropbox.
